6. Remove your Google account from your device. Visit the Google Help Center
for additional support.
7. Delete the Pokémon GO app and reinstall the latest official version from
the Google Play Store.
iOS device:
1. Double tap the Home button and swipe up to close the app.
2. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad >
Scroll down and tap Safari > tap on Advanced > Tap Website Data > Tap on
Clear History and Data on the pop-up menu to complete.
3. From the Settings app, select Pokémon Go and turn on Background App
Refresh.

4. Ensure your device is connected to a reliable data connection (WiFi, 3G,
or 4G).
5. Delete the Pokémon GO app and reinstall the latest official version from
