Remember when Square Enix tried to get those interested in Final Fantasy VII
Remake to buy Butterfinger to unlock DLC a month before the game came out?
The promotion was only available in the US, but now it appears to all have
been in vain as every item you could unlock is now listed for free on the
PlayStation Store. Yep, you never needed to buy those bars of Butterfinger,
Baby Ruth, and Crunch. They still probably tasted pretty good though.
Head on over to the PlayStation Store right now and you'll be able to start
downloading the Midgar Bangle, Superstar Belt, Shinra Bangle, Cornero's
Armlet, and Mako Crystal completely free of charge. We have read reports that
this free DLC is also available across EU storefronts, but we haven't been
able to locate it at the time of writing.
So, there you have it. Free content for Final Fantasy VII Remake players and
you didn't have to spend a penny on chocolate bars. Just think of the
